Matters:
Christine has been a resident of West Cape May since 1999,
and owned property in Cape May since 1992. Christine and
her husband Arron have three children, Chaz, Alessa, and
Cole. The Rothwell family enjoys outdoor activities. The
beach is where you’ll find them on any Sunday afternoon
with surfboards in hand.

Christine Rothwell is becoming one of the most progressive

customer’s needs first. Chris strives for excellence
in service with technology, which gives her clients an

Continuing education is very important to Chris. She believes
that keeping up with changes in technology, laws, and
marketing that will better serve her clients. Being informed
will bring smoother transactions and resolve issues earlier
in the closing process.
Christine has earned her e-Pro certification, and CRS
designation (Council of Certified Residential Specialists).
Only 4% of Realtors® in
the United States have earned this prestigious designation.
The CRS is the highest designation
awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field
and recognizes your professional accomplishments in both
education and experience.
Chris has also completed her GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute) as well. Graduate REALTOR® Institute designees have made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services to their clients. The GRI curriculum incorporates a common body of knowledge for progressive real estate professionals. A REALTOR®
who possesses the GRI designation has not only completed a course of study required by the program, but also subscribes to the Code of Ethics of the National Association of Realtors.
